Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Chart AI is operated by GENZCRAZE (Private) Limited ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of the Chart AI website at https://chartaianalysis.com, the Chart AI web application, and any companion mobile application (together, the "service").

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

2. Not financial advice

This is the most important section of these terms. Read it.

Chart AI produces automated, AI-generated commentary on chart images — verdicts, key levels, trade plans, risk reports and chat replies. All of it is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Chart AI is not investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or tax advice, and nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.
  • We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the service.
  • The output is generated by machine learning models. It can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or internally inconsistent. It may misread a chart, misidentify a pattern, or state something confidently that is false.
  • Chart patterns and historical behaviour do not predict future results. No output is a forecast, a guarantee, or a probability you should rely on.
  • Trading carries substantial risk, including the total loss of your capital.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for any losses that follow. Verify everything independently and consult a licensed professional before acting. Do not treat Chart AI as a signal service or as a substitute for your own analysis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

4. Your account

You sign in with an email address and password, or with Google. You agree to:

  • provide accurate account information and keep it current;
  • keep your credentials and any authenticated device secure;
  • use one account per person, and not share, sell, or transfer your account;
  • tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

5. Plans, credits and billing

Chart AI runs on credits. A Free tier is available at no cost. Paid plans — Basic, Premium and Unlimited — can be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, are priced in US dollars, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

  • Daily allowance. A paid plan grants a credit allowance that resets each day. Unused daily credits do not roll over into the next day. The Unlimited plan has no daily cap.
  • Top-ups. Subscribers on a paid plan can also buy one-time credit packs ("top-ups"). Top-up credits do not expire.
  • Spending. Credits are consumed per analysis and per chat message, at the prices shown in the app. Prices for individual operations are displayed before you spend.
  • No cash value. Credits are a licence to use features of the service. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for money.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

You may change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the amount you have already paid prorated against the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in Settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We may offer promotion codes and discounts. These may be limited in time or scope, and may be withdrawn or expire. We may change prices; any change applies from your next renewal, and we will give you notice before it takes effect.

6. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes

Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we grant one at our discretion.

If a payment is fully refunded, charged back, or disputed:

  • the credits that payment purchased are removed from your account, to the extent they are still unused; and
  • any subscription that payment covered is cancelled immediately.

Partial refunds are handled case by case and do not remove credits. If a dispute is later resolved in our favour, credits removed because of it are restored; a subscription cancelled because of it is not automatically reinstated.

If you think you have been charged in error, contact us through the Contact page before opening a dispute with your bank — it is usually faster.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the chart images, screenshots, notes and messages you upload or write ("your content").

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce and transmit your content — including to the third-party AI provider that powers our analysis and chat features — solely to operate, secure and support the service for you.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to upload your content, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights or breach any obligation you owe to a third party.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, or to break the rules of any market, broker, or exchange;
  • scrape, crawl, or access the service through automated bulk requests;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source or models behind the service;
  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute Chart AI output as your own service, signal feed, or product;
  • upload malware, or upload confidential, personal, or proprietary data belonging to someone else;
  • attempt to bypass credit limits, plan limits, rate limits, payment, or any other technical or access control;
  • interfere with the service's operation, security, or availability, or with other users' use of it.

9. Intellectual property

The service — including its software, integrations, design, interface, copy, and the Chart AI name and brand — belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own personal or internal business use, subject to these terms. Nothing here transfers any of our intellectual property to you.

10. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, and the service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, or events outside our control.

Analysis and chat depend on third-party AI providers and infrastructure. If a provider is unavailable, degraded, or changes its behaviour, those features may be slower, different, or temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uptime, response times, or that any particular feature will keep working.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the service's output is accurate, reliable, complete, current, or suitable for any decision you make. See section 2.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service; and
  • our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account through the Contact page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use puts the service, other users, or us at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

On termination, your right to use the service ends and unused credits are forfeited, except where the law requires otherwise. Sections that by their nature should survive — including 2, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12 and this section — survive termination.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

15. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, linked at the top of these terms, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
